Jiufen Old Street is a historic district in Ruo’an District, defined by its narrow, serpentine lanes densely packed with traditional wooden tea houses and shopfronts. The area was originally an iron-mining and tea-trading hub in the 19th and early 20th centuries, preserving a distinct mountain town architecture on steep slopes overlooking the Yangming Mountains.
